Abstract

Geophysical researches on the Quaternary deposits in the Valtellina Valley from Cosio to Ponte. The first results of a geophysical research between the localities of Cosio and Ponte (prov. of Sondrio) in the Valtellina Valley are presented. In particular the geoelectric prospection leads to the recognition of the nature and depth of the continental deposits, which lie in contact with the crystalline bedrock.
